I have been searching for reasons for a long period of time, knowing up front that there would be no answers. What is it that makes the human mind continuously search for answers? Why can we not just put the thought aside and fight on? Is an inquiring brain always been part of human evolution?
I decided a long time ago that if I could not find an answer, I would at least try to draw experience from it and do something good with it.
A month into my 'after' life. Ardens Missus has gone 'live'. The first project/event is in advanced progress. Cancer is the topic. Not a very 'gay' topic. But a very exciting project! Together with cancer patients we will produce words to express how it feels to have cancer. How it feels to go through chemo therapy. With a select group of artists these words will be translated into art. An exhibition will be organised and the works of art will be sold on auction. Part of which will go to national cancer associations.
The second project, involving music and art is being brainstormed about.
Many ideas to be developed, many people involved. It's a new life, new beginnings and I love every minute of it!
